Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and technically strong Software Engineering Manager to lead the architecture, engineering, and delivery of complex, enterprise-scale software solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot,



microservices, cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and modern DevOps practices, combined with proven leadership in managing engineering teams and large-scale technology initiatives.

The candidate will own technical direction and delivery across multiple initiatives, partnering with product, architecture, business, and technology stakeholders to define scalable solutions and drive execution from strategy through production. The idóneo candidate brings strong architectural judgment, experience with enterprise integrations and real-time systems, and the ability to establish engineering standards, drive modernization, manage technical risks, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
