This role isn't just about posting content. We want someone who plans, creates, executes, and measures, and whose work shows up in real numbers.

What you'll do:
? Plan and run our social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Tik-Tok.
? Create engaging content (posts, reels, short videos, copy) that fits our brand and audience
? Manage both organic growth and paid campaigns (Meta Ads and other platforms)
? Grow our community and reach new audiences
? Generate and nurture leads for our programs, webinars, and events
? Track leads and follow-up in our CRM
? Report on clear, measurable KPIs: reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, and conversions

What we're looking for:




✅ Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or Digital Marketing Specialist
✅ Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
to drive paid and organic growth.
✅ Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan and produce engaging,
conversion-focused social content.
✅ Hands-on experience with paid social (Meta Ads, Linkedin Manager) and lead generation campaigns
✅ Strong content creation skills
✅ Experience using a CRM to manage leads
✅ Strong written English & Spanish (required)
✅ Data-driven mindset: you measure, analyze, and optimize
✅ Self-starter who executes on their own and meets deadlines
