As a Sales Representative II, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development by serving as the primary liaison between our customers, distributors, and various internal departments. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building and strengthening strategic relationships, and executing initiatives that support the achievement of sales objectives. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will help deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the needs of our customers and business partners.

Role Responsibilities





• Manage and develop strong business relationships with assigned customers and distributors to drive business growth and strengthen the company's market presence.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through phone outreach, sales follow-up activities, and customer needs analysis.
• Follow-up by phone all open quote requests for the supported customer base
• Prepare quotations and provide timely follow-up on sales opportunities to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, opportunity, and sales activity records within the company's CRM platform.
• Conduct periodic Business Reviews with distributors to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen strategic partnerships.

Travel: Up to 5% domestic travel may be required, depending on the assigned territory. Travel is typically limited to one or two trips per year within the country.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication
