Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexicali, BCN, supporting local employees and leaders across HR processes and programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering HR policies, managing personnel records, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities.



The role supports employee relations by responding to HR inquiries, guiding team members through company procedures, and helping maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This position also assists with HR reporting, compliance documentation, and supports HR initiatives such as performance management, training coordination, and organizational development projects in alignment with Newell Brands’ standards.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including core HR processes and best practices.
• Experience with HR Management and Personnel Management to support the full employee lifecycle.
• Ability to interpret, implement, and maintain HR Policies in accordance with local regulations and company guidelines.
• Working knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
