We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for highly specialized technology positions. This role will be responsible for understanding hiring needs, developing effective sourcing strategies, identifying top talent, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

The idóneo candidate combines strong hands-on IT recruitment experience with team leadership and a consultative approach. You will work closely with key stakeholders, provide insights on the talent market, mentor recruiters, and continuously improve recruitment practices to deliver strong results in a fast-paced and specialized environment.

The Responsabilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening through interviews, candidate selection, offer negotiation, and hiring.
• Partner with assigned clients and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates for specialized IT positions through LinkedIn, job boards,



internal databases, and professional networks.
• Build and present qualified candidate pipelines within established timelines and coordinate interviews throughout the selection process.
• Lead, train, and mentor recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate communication, and recruitment best practices.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate delivery times, market compensation, and talent availability.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve recruitment processes, methodologies, and practices.
• Collaborate with senior management and HR to anticipate hiring needs and develop talent pipelines.
• Provide stakeholders with regular updates, metrics, and insights regarding their recruitment processes.
• Serve as a consultative resource on technology talent and labor-market trends, particularly across Mexico and Latin America.
