Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Product Development - Rubber Material Process Engineer to join our innovative team in Aguascalientes, Mexico. In this role,
you will be responsible for supporting compound mixing and hose production activities by developing and optimizing rubber material processes for product development, ensuring high-quality outcomes and efficient manufacturing procedures.
• Support the industrialization of new hose facility in Aguascalientes
• Lead the industrialization and optimization of rubber material processes for new and existing hoses products
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and production efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate rubber material requirements into product designs
• Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate and industrialize rubber material properties and performance
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical reports
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective solutions
