This is a remote role, working on US Eastern time.

What you'll own

• Run live operations across our portfolio — triage, decisions, coordination, follow-through
• Lead the guest messaging team during your shift — set priorities, answer their questions, and have their back when issues escalate• Triage maintenance issues — troubleshoot remotely when you can, dispatch vendors when you can't




• Coordinate cleaning teams when schedules shift or issues come up• Use AI tools to work smarter — from triaging guest messages to drafting communications to building workflows that scale. We expect you to push the envelope on what AI can do in property ops.
• Make cost-effective decisions in real time — balancing guest experience with company resources
• Document every issue and resolution cleanly so the next shift has a complete picture
• Decide what needs to be escalated and what you should solve on your own

Who you are

• Sharp problem-solver who can assess risk and urgency in seconds
• Confident decision-maker — you don't freeze when something goes sideways, and you don't need three approvals to act
• Strong people skills — you'll be leading a team, coordinating vendors, and supporting guests, and tone matters in every channel
• Tech-fluent and comfortable across the stack — Slack, Asana, PMS software, and AI tools are part of your dai
