Role Description The Account Manager role at LOLA MEDIA AGENCY is a full-time, hybrid position based in Miguel Hidalgo, CMX, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Account Manager will oversee day-to-day client relationships, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating internal teams, preparing briefs, tracking project progress, and addressing client feedback. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting upsell and cross-sell initiatives. The Account Manager will participate in client meetings, support contract renewals, and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and client experience.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced media or marketing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



including experience presenting to clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of digital media, advertising, or marketing fundamentals, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and metrics.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide presentations, project management platforms, videoconferencing tools).
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills and a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality client service.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, demonstrating self-management, reliability, and accountability both onsite and remotely.
• Relevant experience in account management, client services, or project coordination; experience in media or creative agencies is an advantage.
