Jr. Java Support Engineer
Experience: 3+ years
We are looking for a highly skilled Jr. Java Support Engineer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, SQL & Monitoring skills to join our growing technology team.
Required Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in Java development and/or application support
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience writing, modifying, and troubleshooting SQL queries and scripts
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services
• Strong code analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting production applications
• Experience with Incident Management, Change Management,
and Major Incident processes
• Experience working with monitoring and alerting tools
• Hands-on experience with Elastic and Kibana
• Experience using ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment
