Idóneo candidates will meet the following requirements:
• Fluent in English
• One-year experience in a related office setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Excellent customer service skills and assertive, dependable personality
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, management,



and agents.
• Ability to independently solve problems and see them through to resolution.

Responsibilities will include
• Tracing container imports daily and updating operating system to reflect data
• Validate loads status to all load stages (pickup, transit, delivery)
• Create and maintain reports of load status
• Updating accounts and shipments with real time information
• Customer interfacing

Shifts Available :
Monday - Friday:
• 6:00am – 3:00pm
• 7:00am – 4:00pm
• 8:00am – 5:00pm
• 9:00am – 6:00pm
• 3:00pm – 12:00am
