About the Position
We are looking for a Plant Purchasing Specialist to join the Pursaching AL&S; team, reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager.
This position is based at our office in Juarez, Mexico, Plant 1.
As the Plant Purchasing Specialist at Marelli,



you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with local and international suppliers
- Analyze cost structures and identify savings opportunities (cost reduction & avoidance)
- Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to align supply needs

What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in plastics, chemicals, or manufacturing
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Fluent English (required for global supplier communication)
- Strong understanding of plastic resins and processing

Other skills that we would welcome:
- Supplier risk management experience
- Familiarity with cost modeling and should-cost analysis
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of Ent
