Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Human Resources Manager to oversee the Company's day-to-day human resources operations. This role is responsible for managing employee records, supporting recruiting and onboarding, administering payroll and benefits processes, maintaining compliance with applicable employment requirements, and serving as a primary resource for employees and managers on HR-related matters. The idóneo candidate is a self-starter with strong written and verbal English and Spanish skills, excellent organizational abilities, strong attention to detail, and hands-on experience managing HR processes for a small or mid-sized company.

Core Responsibilities

Human Resources Administration, Records, and Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee policies, procedures, forms, and other HR documentation
- Monitor compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements




- Maintain confidentiality of employee and Company information
- Track employee certifications, licenses, required training, and other employment-related requirements
- Assist management with the consistent application of Company policies and procedures

Payroll, Benefits, and Employee Administration
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll information
- Assist employees with questions regarding payroll, benefits, time off, and other HR-related matters
- Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and termination of coverage
- Maintain accurate records of paid time off (PTO), leave, and other employee benefits
- Manage employee changes, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and benefits
