Responsible for supervising and managing operational activities, ensuring the effective execution of day-to-day tasks while contributing to the achievement of the organization's goals, standards, and policies.
Main Responsibilities
- Resolve operational delays and issues by making timely and effective decisions to support team performance.
- Evaluate team members objectively and assign responsibilities based on individual skills and capabilities.
- Prioritize tasks according to production schedules and business objectives, delegating responsibilities to team leaders to ensure operational efficiency.
- Communicate departmental goals clearly and monitor progress to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Address employee concerns, suggestions, and workplace conflicts, escalating cases to Human Resources when necessary.
- Assess and develop employees' skills through continuous coaching and training for both new hires and experienced staff.
- Promote and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure compliance.
- Monitor workflows and assigned activities, reorganizing resources and processes when needed to improve performance.
- Plan and organize personnel, resources, and schedules to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment and prevent unsafe conditions and behaviors.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to achieve production targets and meet customer requirements.
