General Summary

Provides entry-level technical support by following established procedures to resolve common hardware, software, network, and user-access issues. Documents service requests, communicates clearly with users, and escalates complex problems to experienced team members. Works under regular supervision, collaborates with internal teams, and builds technical knowledge through training and hands-on experience. Performance is evaluated based on service quality, timely issue resolution, and adherence to IT standards.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides hands-on technical support for company-issued desktops, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, operating systems, and software.
- Tracks service requests through resolution, ensures customer satisfaction, and escalates complex issues to higher-level support or external resources.
- Installs, troubleshoots, and supports wired and wireless networks in accordance with corporate standards, including requirements gathering, LAN monitoring,



and network security management.
- Installs, troubleshoots, and supports communication systems, including video and voice conferencing and mobile phone services.
- Collaborate with teams on projects supporting IT initiatives and implementations.
- Provides technical support to users across business offices, engineering labs, manufacturing facilities, and distribution warehouses.
