In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving customer retention, ensuring contractual compliance, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying growth opportunities across key accounts. Acting as the primary point of contact for commercial and contractual matters, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting business growth and profitability.
How you create impact
- Serve as the primary contact for contractual,



commercial, and operational matters for assigned customers.
- Lead customer business reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive decision-makers. Implement retention strategies and proactively manage contract renewals.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Coordinate RFQ/RFP processes and the introduction of new services.
- Drive customer engagement programs and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Solutions, Business Intelligence, Sales, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.
- Monitor contractual performance, pricing structures, and financial results.
- Support the development of strategic account growth plans and innovation roadmaps.
- Ensure service excellence and achieve customer retention targets exceeding 95%.
