WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Manage end-to-end customer order fulfillment and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Provide proactive updates on order status, delivery schedules, and potential risks.
- Partner with Sales to support customer retention and business growth within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve supply chain issues.
- Coordinate and resolve quality concerns, non‑conformance cases, and customer escalations.
- Monitor service performance metrics and communicate results to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Build strong customer relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.




- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), or a related field preferred.
- + 3 years of proven Experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, Sales Support, or Account Management within a manufacturing, industrial, or metal-mechanic environment preferred.
- Proven Proficiency with Salesforce, customer portals, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven intermediate to advanced Excel skills is required.
- Bilingual, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is required.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, priorities, and projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and responsiveness.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and maintain a professional, customer‑focused approach, including managing escalations and sensitive customer situations.
