And now, Hyde is making its big debut in Mexico bringing the music and festival spirit to Mexico City.
Job Description
- Prepare and execute menu items according to recipe and presentation standards.
- Maintain quality, consistency,
and proper portion control during service.
- Follow food safety, sanitation
- Assist with daily prep, station setup, inventory, and kitchen organization.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience in a restaurant or hotel preferred.
- Strong cooking fundamentals, knife skills, and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
