About The Opportunity
- Maintain continuous communication with Sales, Production, PM, Planning, and Logistics departments to ensure delivery on time and all the needs of subcontractors are met.
- Negotiate and evaluate lead times, production capacity, and commercial conditions when necessary.
- Follow up on quality, quantity, and delivery concerns with suppliers.
- Prepare supplier performance reports, including On-Time Delivery (OTD),



quality, Viper accuracy, and service metrics.
- Create, manage, and follow up on purchase orders until closure.
- Visit subcontractors as required by the specific needs. Monitor production progress and confirm inventories.
- Create and ensure all intercompany purchases are made on time for any subcontracting needs, as well as necessary raw materials, including the needed GR/IR.
- Manage VIPER and SAP in order to ensure the information of the SAP match vs inventory, check the requirements of material and that are in the correct place.
- Coordinate the Subcontracting outboard call.
- Make subcontracting deliveries, included, but not limited to 4008, 4508, 4502 company code.
