Lyra Health are recruiting a Senior Payroll Administrator to assist with the Payroll Manager for Lyra International, specially covering Mexico and Spain based in Mexico. Reporting to the Payroll Manager,



you will play a key role in supporting the company's period of growth and change and be a role model for the expected behaviours and attitudes. Assist with any payroll administration tasks
Assist with employee payroll queries and onboarding in the Deel platform
Ensure records on the payroll platform are accurate
Support and cover any payroll ticket query in workday
Assisting with Payroll Implementation and projects for existing General entities
Support in the Payroll integration with Workday
Assist with auditing requirements for Lyra international when required
Deputise in the absence of the Payroll Manager – Manage team, allocate work & point of contact for escalation
Good level of competence on Excel
Minimum 4-5 years in a payroll administrator role. Beneficial if experienced in Other European payrolls or Canada.
English language advance level
