Bilingual Healthcare Sales & Appointment Setter Position: Part-Time (with potential to transition to Full-Time)
Work Days: Monday to Friday Salary: $6–$7 per hour (depending on experience)

As a growing solo practice, the owner is seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and sales-oriented Bilingual Healthcare Sales & Appointment Setter to become the first point of contact for prospective patients and referral partners.
This role is adecuado for someone who is comfortable discussing sensitive health concerns, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently convert patient inquiries into scheduled appointments. The Virtual Assistant will also support referral partner outreach, appointment coordination, and administrative tasks while helping maintain a consistent online presence through basic social media support.

Screen prospective patients and provide general information about pelvic floor therapy. Convert qualified inquiries into scheduled consultations. Schedule networking meetings with new referral sources, including physicians and other healthcare providers. Social Media Support (Nice to Have)
Create educational social media graphics using topics and ideas provided by the client. Maintain consistency across social media platforms.
bilingual in English and Spanish. Sales or appointment-setting experience with a proven ability to convert inquiries into appointments. S. healthcare is required. Must speak and write English clearly and professionally. Must be able to provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding (mandatory). Must be available to attend video meetings with camera on when required. Internet: Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
