As a CRM Executive, you will manage and optimise customer communications across the lifecycle, delivering impactful campaigns that enhance player experience while promoting safe and responsible gaming.
What You'll Do
Execute and optimise CRM campaigns across Sports Betting and Casino for your assigned market(s). Manage automated customer lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, active player engagement, retention and reactivation campaigns. Develop, execute and analyse targeted campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging. Own and optimise loyalty and retention initiatives to increase customer engagement and lifetime value.
Lead major event-driven campaigns around key sporting events, casino promotions and strategic business initiatives. Collaborate with Creative,



Product and Commercial teams to deliver compelling customer experiences. Monitor, analyse and report on CRM performance and key retention KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimisation. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and enhance campaign effectiveness. Ensure website, app and mobile experiences are up to date and support CRM objectives.
What You'll Bring Essential Requirements Fluency in both Spanish and English. Experience executing CRM, retention or lifecycle marketing campaigns.
