This is a fast-paced, fully remote role where
Monitor the CRM throughout your shift for new leads across multiple properties. Tour Conversion & Sales Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and match them with the right property. CRM Management Track your own performance metrics: speed to lead,



contact rate, and conversions. Maintain high energy and quality standards—even during heavy volume. Natural sales ability
— moves fast without supervision; understands that data accuracy = team success. 1–2+ years in inside sales, appointment setting, leasing, or customer service. ~ Experience with CRMs like Yardi, Knock, Rent Manager, Salesforce, etc. ~ Experience working in remote, metrics-driven environments.
Zero missed follow-ups with clean CRM documentation. Fully remote
