A strategic, high-ownership Field Marketing Manager based in Mexico to direct and execute the brand’s localized market entry, D2C launch roadmap, and regional growth from the ground up.



This individual bridges high-level strategic planning with lean, hands-on execution—driving audience growth across ARB Mexico’s digital channels, leading performance ads, and maximizing qualified D2C website traffic. Key operational responsibilities include end-to-end content production and editing, OEM dealership enablement, specialized press fleet logistics, micro-influencer partnerships, and grassroots 4x4 community engagement.

Digital Growth, E-Commerce & Ads Strategy: Direct and execute campaigns to grow ARB Mexico’s social footprint (Meta, TikTok) and drive high-intent traffic to the D2C e-commerce platform via search and paid performance ad channels.
Hands-on Content Creation & Editing: Coordinate and directly produce agile short-form video and multimedia assets (including basic video editing) to maintain an active, high-converting social media presence.
