We are seeking a Business Solutions Analyst (Data & Reporting) to support strategic Finance and Distribution initiatives through advanced analytics, reporting, and business insights. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end analytical solutions that help drive profitable growth, improve agent performance, and support key financial outcomes. Working in a fast-paced and data-driven environment, you will partner closely with Finance, Distribution, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for decision-makers. Develop and maintain management and executive reporting that provides clear, accurate,



and actionable insights to business leaders Support Finance and Distribution teams with analytics related to agent performance, business growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness Perform data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation activities to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance drivers Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making Conduct performance measurement, trend analysis, and financial impact assessments for Exclusive Agency (EA) and Distribution initiatives Support advanced analytics projects, including predictive, prescriptive, and scenario-based analyses Gather, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to create scalable reporting solutions Collaborate with Finance, Distribution, Technology, and other business
