Inside Sales professional
identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, supporting the sales pipeline and developing relationships with industrial customers and prospects
. Identify and qualify potential customers and new business opportunities in the Mexican market. Proactively contact prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels. Generate qualified leads and support the development of a sustainable sales pipeline. Follow up on leads, quotations, commercial proposals and ongoing opportunities. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical and commercial teams to provide appropriate information and solutions. Prepare commercial documentation, presentations and proposals when required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and opportunity information in the CRM. Previous experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Sales Support or a similar commercial role. Experience in industrial markets or a strong affinity and ability to work with technically sophisticated products or solutions. Strong interest in business development, customer acquisition and commercial growth. Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate technical and commercial information clearly. Good command of CRM systems and standard business tools. Advanced level of English is required
