We are looking for a Bookkeeping Assistant to provide administrative and bookkeeping support for clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Workflow Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accounting department communications
- Assist with client onboarding and account setup processes
- Prepare engagement letters and onboarding documentation
- Maintain organized digital files and accounting records
- Support workflow management and project tracking activities

Bookkeeping & Accounting Support
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Support bank reconciliations and bookkeeping activities
- Process billing information and maintain financial documentation
- Review bookkeeping records for accuracy and completeness




- Support payroll and accounting teams with administrative tasks

Team Collaboration
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and clients
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely completion
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, administrative support, or related accounting functions
- Experience supporting client onboarding and workflow management
- Understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles

Technical Skills
- QuickBooks Desktop experience is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience using workflow or project management systems is a plus

Soft Skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, accountable, and deadline-driven
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
