Bilingual Intake Team Lead - English/Spanish

QUICK SUMMARY
Lead and develop an approximately 10 person remote intake team for a California employment law firm. You will oversee day-to-day performance, coach team members, monitor quality and compliance, improve intake processes, and step in when workflows or systems break down.
Compensation: $2,000 USD/month base + performance bonus up to $1,000 USD/month, plus 13th-month bonus and benefits.

THE ROLE
This is a hands-on people leadership role, not simply a process or administrative position. You will lead approximately 10 team members across our Client Engagement, Intake Analysis,



and Referral functions. You will be responsible for day-to-day performance, coaching, quality, compliance, and ensuring prospective clients move through the intake pipeline accurately and on time.
You will work closely with the Head of Intake, with increasing responsibility as you grow in the role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and Develop the Team
- Provide day-to-day direction, accountability, and support
- Hold regular one-on-one coaching sessions using a structured coaching model
- Build and track individual development plans
- Follow up on performance commitments and areas for improvement
- Lead the team through new processes, systems, and procedural changes

Own Quality and Compliance
- Review intake pipelines daily for accuracy, completeness, and deadlines
- Audit calls, intake files, communications, and documentation
- Identify errors or gaps before they become larger problems
- Monitor high-priorit
