Senior Accountant
to support the financial and accounting operations of a growing U.S.-based group of hospitality and events brands. This role is adecuado for someone with deep
QuickBooks Online
expertise who not only understands how to maintain clean books, but also understands the
why behind transaction classifications
, the story behind the numbers, and how financial activity impacts the
income statement, balance sheet, and overall business performance

We are looking for someone who can confidently review financials from one month to the next, identify unusual fluctuations, spot inconsistencies early, and help maintain accurate, reliable reporting across multiple entities.
What you'll do: Own and maintain accurate accounting records in
QuickBooks Online Review and classify transactions correctly,



with a strong understanding of their impact on the
income statement and balance sheet Prepare and review monthly financial statements across multiple entities Analyze month-over-month financial results and flag numbers that look unusual or inconsistent Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, intercompany transactions, and other key accounts Lead month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Support payroll review, payroll allocations, and related reporting across entities Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting needs Help maintain accurate inventory, COGS, fixed asset, and general ledger records Support tax compliance, audit readiness, and coordination with external accountants or advisors Improve accounting workflows, documentation, and standard operating procedures Partner closely with founders and leadership to provide clear, useful fina
