Are you a performance-driven Paid Media professional who knows Google Ads inside and out?
We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join a integral Marketing team within a B2B SaaS / technology environment . This is a highly hands-on role with real ownership of paid media execution, optimization, testing, and performance.
What you’ll own
• Manage, build, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns
• Own Google Ads strategy, campaign structure, bidding, keywords, audiences, and budgets
• Manage and optimize significant paid media investment
• Monitor daily performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Build campaigns from scratch and run structured A/B tests
• Optimize landing pages, conversion paths, and post-click experiences




• Connect paid media performance to the full funnel: MQLs → SQLs → opportunities → pipeline → revenue
• Develop weekly/monthly performance reporting and actionable insights
• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Web, Content, and Revenue Operations teams

What we’re looking for

✅ Strong, hands-on expertise in Google Ads — this is a key requirement
✅ Proven experience managing campaigns and budgets end-to-end
✅ Experience managing significant paid media budgets
✅ B2B SaaS / Technology Marketing experience
✅ Demand Generation / Lead Generation experience
✅ Experience across Paid Search and Paid Social
✅ Strong analytical and performance optimization skills
✅ Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement
✅ Ability to translate data into business and revenue insights
✅ Advanced English — you’ll work in an international environment
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, A
