Job Objective
The Sr. Digital Sales Specialist will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy through digital channels, converting qualified leads into active loan accounts. This role combines strategic sales execution, advanced use of digital/CRM tools, and a high-touch consultative approach in fast-paced digital environments.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
- Full-Funnel Online Car Title Loan Sales: Own and execute the entire B2C online sales cycle for car title loans—from initial lead capture and financial qualification through to contract execution and final loan disbursement.
- Phone-Based & High-Volume B2C Closing: Actively engage with individual consumers over the phone and digital messaging channels, demonstrating strong active listening to uncover customer financial needs, address objections, and drive individual deal closures.
- Cross-Functional Deal Facilitation: Work cross-functionally with Risk, Credit Underwriting, Operations, and Onboarding teams to clear friction, streamline documentation, and ensure deals move smoothly through the approval pipeline.
- Process Optimization & AI Integration: Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel, partner with Product Managers and technical teams, and leverage AI-driven tools and automation to improve response times (SLA) and overall conversion efficiency.
