Senior Technical Sales Representative – Performance Chemicals and Consumer Products Mexico and Central America

DyStar is seeking to fulfill a key role which provides technical support to the Sales Manager in the Americas Region for Performance Chemicals and Consumer Products. The successful candidate is ideally in a current technical or sales role and must have technical understanding of chemistry and processes with surface coatings, paints, stains, wood coatings, and additive sealants. The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate with senior management and demonstrate the potential to grow into a broader regional role across North America and South America.



Strong oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English are a must.

Sale and promotion of DyStar Performance Chemicals portfolio to create a clear and identified DyStar brand and presence in identified CASE market sectors.
Development and maintenance of identified Distributor Network, servicing appropriate market sectors. Promote current ranges and new products through presentations and applications to generate sales.
Search new businesses opportunities through knowledge, networking and understanding of the needs of customers.
Orientate and train customers in the application of the DyStar Performance Chemicals products and processes, updating them with applicable new technologies.
Consistent support and follow up of sales to the customers, validating the correct application of the products, to provide appropriate solutions and / or alternatives.
