As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced
Senior Recruiter
to join our Talent Acquisition team in Monterrey. In this role, you will own the
end-to-end recruitment process
for a diverse portfolio of positions across the organization. You will partner directly with Hiring Managers, develop sourcing strategies, proactively identify talent, manage candidate pipelines,



and ensure an effective recruitment experience from intake through offer acceptance.
We're looking for someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and knows how to find great candidates, not just wait for them to apply.
Responsibilities
Manage the
full-cycle recruitment process , from intake meetings and sourcing through interviews, offer management, and hiring.
Recruit across multiple functions and levels, including
Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Technology, Corporate, and managerial positions .
Partner directly with Hiring Managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, establish expectations, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using
LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, networking, social media, and direct hunting .
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
