to act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, supporting operations, scheduling project crews, and maintaining strong client relationships.
This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Latin America, working closely with an international team in a bilingual environment.
Role overview As a
Bi-Lingual Customer Solutions Specialist , you will serve as the dedicated client manager from start to finish,



collaborating daily with Field Managers to handle requests, service issues, and operational logistics. You will oversee schedule management for project crews, handle supply orders, process billing updates, and resolve customer grievances to ensure smooth business operations.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and resolving sudden operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Selection process
