This role will be responsible for developing visual and written content, designing employee communications, maintaining consistency with company branding, and supporting employee engagement activities to ensure clear, timely, and effective communication across the organization.Typical tasksDesign and develop internal communication materials, including email announcements, posters, banners, newsletters,



and digital content.Create engaging and visually appealing communications aligned with company branding guidelines.Support the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.Coordinate with different departments to gather information and prepare communication materials for employees.Assist in organizing employee events, recognition programs, and corporate culture activities.Required QualificationsActive student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).CANVA Experience creating visual communication materials for digital and print formats.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Mexico City / On siteKIA Mexico guarantees the protection of the dignity, honor, reputation, and integrity of individuals, and will prevent any act of discrimination based on origin, culture, sex, gender, disability, social or economic status, physical or mental health condition, legal situation, religion, physical appearance, migration status, sexual preferences, or any other condition.
