Accountant Supervisor – Shared Services (Querétaro)Industry: Manufacturing | Location: Querétaro | Work Model: Hybrid We are currently seeking an Accountant Supervisor to join a growing Shared Services Center supporting operations across the Americas region.This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of accounting processes, leading a team, and maintaining compliance with integral standards within a dynamic and multicultural environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee General Ledger (GL) activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and local/international regulations.Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, driving performance and continuous improvement.Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.Monitor and analyze KPIs and operational metrics (closing timelines, quality, productivity, etc.).Ensure proper account reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and financial reporting.Collaborate with regional and global teams across the Americas.Support process transitions, standardization,
