Procurement Lead | Regional SSC AmericasA multinational organization is seeking a Procurement Lead to join its Regional Shared Services Center (SSC). This role plays a key part in supporting procurement operations across the Americas region (LATAM & United States), working closely with regional and cross-functional stakeholders.Role PurposeThe Procurement Lead is responsible for leading and executing regional procurement activities within a Shared Services environment. The role focuses on service delivery, process standardization, and stakeholder management across multiple countries in the Americas, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and value creation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead regional procurement operations supporting LATAM and US within an SSC modelOwn end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring compliance with policies, SLAs, and KPIsPartner with regional stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective sourcing solutionsDrive process standardization, continuous improvement, and best practices across the AmericasManage supplier interactions and support contract-related activitiesCoordinate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural, matrix organizationSupport reporting, analytics, and performance tracking for regional procurement activitiesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance,
