This professional is responsible for administering and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage, networks, and cloud systems. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, including the ability to manage operating systems, understand network architectures, and maintain IT infrastructure security.Responsibilities and Tasks:1. Administer and maintain the company’s server and cloud infrastructure, including operating systems, storage, networks, and security.2. Plan and implement improvements and upgrades to optimize IT infrastructure.3. Manage capacity and plan business continuity, ensuring system availability and data protection.4. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide level 2 or level 3 support when needed.5. Collaborate with other IT team members in different countries to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.6. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in server and cloud infrastructure.7. Provide support for North America operations.8. Administer servers (Windows Server) and hardware (Dell, HP, Lenovo).?RequirementsEducational Level and Knowledge:Hold a degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Must have deep knowledge of information technologies,



including server hardware and software, operating systems, networks, and application software. Additionally, a strong understanding of cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure (Mandatory) is expected. Relevant certifications in these areas are highly preferred.Skills, Experience, and Competencies:We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in managing and maintaining server and cloud infrastructures. The ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues is essential, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other teams. The candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet established deadlines.Conversational English (NON-NEGOTIABLE)Special Requirements:The candidate must be willing to be on call outside regular working hours to address IT emergencies. In addition, they must be able to maintain confidentiality and information security and be willing to pursue ongoing education and training to stay up to date with new technologies and best practices.
