General Accounting Trainee | Regional SSC AmericasLocation: Querétaro, MexicoWork Model: HybridIntroWe are looking for a General Accounting Trainee to join a Regional Shared Services Center (SSC) supporting the Americas region (LATAM & United States).This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in accounting within a multinational, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.Role PurposeThe General Accounting Trainee will provide operational support to regional accounting processes, gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end Record to Report activities across multiple countries in the Americas.The role is designed to build a strong accounting foundation within a standardized SSC model, working closely with regional teams and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport General Accounting activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close tasksAssist in maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with regional policies and timelinesSupport balance sheet and P&L; analysis under supervisionCollaborate with LATAM and US teams to ensure timely and accurate service deliverySupport documentation and standardization of accounting processes across the AmericasAssist in meeting SLAs and KPIs defined for the Regional SSCWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,
