Role PurposeSupport the execution and administration of Organizational Development processes across the Americas region, ensuring accurate data, timely reporting, and smooth operation of regional and global HR initiatives related to training, performance, engagement, and compliance.The Jr. Organizational Development Analyst contributes to the reliability and effectiveness of people programs while building a strong foundation in regional OD and HR operations.?? Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Compliance Support (Americas)Track mandatory compliance training and soft skills programs across the region.Monitor completion rates and follow up to ensure 100% compliance in different countries.Data Integrity & Employee RecordsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within internal HR platforms for Americas populations.Ensure consistency, data quality, and confidentiality across systems.Performance Management & 360° CyclesProvide administrative and operational support during regional performance review cycles.Coordinate 360° feedback logistics, survey launches, participation tracking, and reporting.Recognition,



Engagement & Culture ProgramsSupport regional recognition initiatives, organizational climate surveys, and internal talent studies.Assist with coordination, tracking, and documentation of engagement activities across countries.Reporting & KPIsPrepare weekly and monthly regional reports on training completion, performance cycles, and OD-related KPIs.Deliver clear and reliable insights to regional and global stakeholders.? What we’re looking forBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.0–2 years of experience, including:Internships or trainee roles in HR / OD, andAt least 6 months of hands-on experience specifically in Organizational Development.Strong interest in organizational development, people processes, and regional HR operations.Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.?? Skills & Competencies?High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Excel (tracking, reporting, basic analysis).Familiarity with HRIS and/or LMS platforms is a plus.Strong follow-up and execution skills.Proactive mindset with willingness to learn.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.??
