This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise data integration solutions supporting business operations across the Americas and Europe.The ideal candidate has strong experience supporting production environments, troubleshooting complex data integration issues, and maintaining business-critical data pipelines within enterprise ecosystems.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide production support for enterprise data integration solutions and data pipelines.Monitor, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production incidents impacting business operations.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions to improve system stability.Configure, maintain, and support SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages and related data integration processes.Perform data reconciliation between ERP systems, Data Warehouses, and other enterprise applications.Collaborate with global IT and business stakeholders to resolve incidents and deliver sustainable solutions.Manage Incident, Problem, and Change activities following ITSM best practices.Prioritize incidents based on business impact, risk, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Document technical solutions, operational procedures, and root cause analyses.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and platform reliability.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Advanced English is required,



as this position works closely with teams across the United States and Europe.5–7 years of experience supporting enterprise data integration solutions in production environments.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.Solid experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS); experience with SSAS and SSRS is highly desirable.Proven experience supporting production data pipelines rather than solely developing or migrating them.Experience performing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production incident resolution.Experience with enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, or PeopleSoft.Strong understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.Experience performing data reconciliation across multiple enterprise systems.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting global manufacturing or Shared Services organizations.Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones.Ability to communicate both the technical and business impact of production incidents.Experience monitoring operational KPIs such as SLA compliance, MTTR, data quality, and pipeline availability.What We OfferCompetitive salary of up to MXN $55,000 gross per month, based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including benefits above those required by Mexican labor law.Hybrid work model based in Querétaro.Opportunity to work in a global manufacturing environment with international exposure.Professional growth and development within a multinational organization.Recruitment ProcessAs part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates will complete a technical assessment to evaluate the knowledge and competencies required for the role.
