HR Business Partner Coordinator – Shared Services (Mexico, USA & LATAM)Location: Querétaro, Mexico (residency required)Language: Advanced / Fluent English (mandatory)Position Type: Full-timeConfidential PositionPosition OverviewWe are looking for an HR Business Partner Coordinator to support our Shared Services Center operations across Mexico, the United States, and LATAM. This role will act as a key liaison between HR and the business, providing both strategic and operational support to leaders and teams in a multicultural and regional environment.The ideal candidate has strong experience in HRBP functions, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to operate effectively across different countries and cultures.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as HR Business Partner for Shared Services operations in Mexico, USA, and LATAM.Coordinate and support Performance Management processes, including performance evaluations, feedback cycles, and development plans.Lead and coordinate training and development initiatives for Shared Services teams, aligned with regional and business needs.Support compensation processes, including salary reviews, payroll coordination, bonuses, and incentive payments, in collaboration with Payroll and Finance teams.Provide HR guidance and support to managers on talent management, performance, and employee-related matters.Participate in final-stage interviews for key and specialized positions within the Shared Services organization.Ensure consistent application of global HR policies, processes,



and guidelines across all supported regions.Monitor and follow up on HR KPIs such as performance results, training completion, headcount, and turnover.Act as a point of contact between local operations and integral HR teams.Support employee engagement, culture, and organizational development initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams in a dynamic, regional environment.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Coordinator, or similar role, preferably within Shared Services Centers or regional corporate environments.Demonstrated multicultural and regional experience, supporting multiple countries or regions.Advanced / fluent English is mandatory (daily interaction with USA and LATAM stakeholders).Solid knowledge of performance management, training & development, compensation processes, and recruitment support.Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.Current residence in Querétaro is required.Key CompetenciesResults-oriented mindsetStrong internal client focusIntercultural communication skillsAnalytical and structured thinkingCollaboration and teamworkAdaptability and flexibilityWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: MXN $50,000 – $65,000 gross monthlyBenefits above the lawExposure to regional and international HR operationsProfessional growth within a global organization
