A multinational organization is seeking a Payroll Junior to support general payroll operations across multiple countries and regions.This role supports payroll execution activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while working closely with HR teams and external payroll providers in a multi-country environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end payroll processing activities for multiple countries across different regions.Assist with payroll calculations including salaries, overtime, bonuses, taxes, deductions, and statutory contributions.Help ensure payroll compliance with local labor, tax, and statutory regulations under supervision.Validate payroll input data related to employee lifecycle events (new hires, terminations, employee changes).Support payroll reconciliations, variance checks,



and basic validation controls before payroll finalization.Maintain payroll records and support data accuracy in payroll systems.Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and required statutory documentation.Support internal and external payroll audits by gathering documentation and information.Provide operational backup for other payroll-related processes as needed.Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.RequirementsBachelor’s degree completed (or in final semesters).1–2 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, finance, or shared services.Basic understanding of payroll processes and statutory concepts.Interest in multi-country or regional payroll environments.Ability to work with deadlines and manage routine operational tasks.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.Technical Skills and LanguagesIntermediate to Advanced English (mandatory).Spanish (native or advanced).Portuguese (desirable).Intermediate Microsoft Excel (formulas, basic analysis).Basic experience or exposure to HRIS / Payroll systems such as ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, BUK, or similar platforms.Exposure to Time & Attendance systems is a plus.
