About the role
We're looking for a people-focused operational leader to join our Ingredients Sales Operations team as a Sales Operations Supervisor. This role sits at the centre of our customer order management process, leading a team of Sales Operations Executives while maintaining ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts.

You'll balance leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring customer orders flow seamlessly from contract through to delivery. Working across sales, supply chain, logistics and finance teams, you'll champion operational excellence, customer service and continuous improvement while building capability within your team.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Operations Executives

Managing operational priorities, escalations and team performance to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

Overseeing customer order execution from contract through to delivery while managing a portfolio of key accounts

Partnering with sales, planning, logistics and finance teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless order fulfilment

Driving KPI performance, master data integrity, compliance and perfect order execution

Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

About You
You're an experienced customer operations, logistics or supply chain professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems and driving high-quality outcomes. You know how to build strong stakeholder relationships,



manage competing priorities and create an environment where teams can perform at their best.

You'll bring:

Experience in customer service, sales operations, logistics or supply chain environments

Previous leadership or coaching experience, with a passion for developing people

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Excellent problem-solving capability and the ability to navigate complex operational challenges

A strong focus on process excellence, accuracy and continuous improvement

Experience working with ERP systems and operational reporting, ideally SAP
