Position Objective:
This position is responsible for timely preparing, checking, analysis with comments on all kind of Financial Reports according to Mexico laws and rules and requested by Parent Company.

Key responsibilities:

Manage full set of accounting books, and closing monthly

Prepare monthly financial reports timely and accurately.

Prepare budget reports semi-annually.

Compare monthly results with budget data, analysis on the variance between result and budget data.

Reporting to Parent Company on all kinds of financial data and reports every month.

Cash flow planning and control.

AR control (outstanding, terms of customer payment).

Inventory control(Inventory count will should be done every month) with PMC, WHS, Production area etc.

Checking the inventory qty and process etc. as internal audit (Jun, Sep, Dec, Mar).

Coordinate with external auditor, tax advisor, banker.

Perform ad hoc assignments assigned by Parent Company.

Fixed asset control (Fixed asset: TSHK/TSMX/customers assets) with HR,IT.

(Install and manage the procedure of Purchasing the fixed asset, registering the fixed asset list).

Management of fixed asset count at every month with HR,IT.

Management of inventories count every month with PMC, WHS, Production.

Conduct the lecture to all staff in factory for skill up of asset management procedure and treatment.

Checking the application of payment, cash request etc. by Consult etc.

Reporting to Factory manager and KGHK(TSHK) after checking the consult operation and doing contents (17).

Checking the PO and Invoice(from SWE, KGHK, TSHK,TSMX)



content for understanding the expense of TSMX.

Reporting to Factory manager and KGHK(TSHK) after checking the cost detail as expense report of #19.

Advise to every department about the location management depends on KGHK's advice, instruction

Checking and Updating the Business flow of TSMX (Maquila operation).

Reporting the daily action to KGHK team.

Every Tue and Thu (19:00), doing the weekly meeting with KGHK team

The response for request from KGHK(TSHK) for closing of quarter or annual audit.

Participate in 5S promotion activities (To keep and improve the clean in TSMX factory).

Supporting for implement the acc/financial area of ERP system, foreign transaction system etcwith IT,other related Dept.

Every Mon (18:30), doing the weekly meeting with KGHK team & Consultant.

Annual declaration of legal entities.

Preparation for safe harbor, other taxes (Federal, SAT etc.) in MX.

Calculate of maquila invoice by monthly, sending invoice to TSHK.

payment of the savings fund and bonus.

Support to the prosecutor in requirements from the SAT for the VAT refund.

Checking the company card, other using expense by employees.

Performance indicators (KPIs):

Availability during critical meetings.

Handling of operational emergencies.

Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.

Advanced English (B2 level).

5–10 years of experience.

Experience in industry or manufacturing.

Technical skills:

Financial statement analysis.

Handling audits.

Organization and prioritization.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
