Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to turn business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You’ll sit between our clients, product team, and engineers, running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring delivered work solves the original problem.
You’ll work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, playing a key role in scope and estimation for new projects.
