Job Description

This position is responsible for operating load statuses at every stage of the load process to ensure operations are running smoothly and maintain a 98% pickup and delivery status.

Main Responsibilities:

Monitor and track active shipmentsProactively communicate with carriers and driversProvide real-time updates to customers and internal teamsIdentify and escalate potential delays or service issuesEnsure accurate documentation and system update

Requirements:

English level Advance (fluent)At least 1 year of experience Tracking loadsExperience tracking shipments for international loads. (Plus)Strong verbal and written communicationPosition 100% ON SITE (NO HOME OFFICE)

Schedule availability:

Friday to MondayDays off: Tuesday to Thursday (3 days off)Schedule from 6:30AM -6:30PM
