? What You'll Do:
- ✅ Support bank and payroll tax reconciliations
- ✅ Analyze General Ledger and banking information
- ✅ Assist with account migrations to Intacct
- ✅ Help resolve accounting discrepancies and improve processes
- ✅ Support audit requests and client communications
- ✅ Monitor operational status and ensure deadlines are met
- ✅ Assist with team training and onboarding activities
- ✅ Maintain high-quality standards while supporting day-to-day accounting operations
? What We're Looking For:
- ✔ 1-3 years of accounting experience
- ✔ Technical degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- ✔ Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting)
- ✔ Experience working with reconciliations and financial data
- ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✔ Professional English communication skills
- ✔ Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- ✔ Flexibility to adjust work schedules when needed is a plus
