As we continue growing, we're looking for an AI Developer to help us build and deploy cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with our Head of AI to develop AI agents, intelligent automations, and AI-powered workflows that directly enhance our internal platform and business operations.

Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
- Execute AI initiatives and technical strategies defined by the Head of AI.
- Build real-world applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks.
- Integrate AI solutions with internal platforms, APIs, and databases.
- Continuously experiment with, evaluate, and optimize AI models, prompts, and workflows to improve performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in software development, AI development, or a related technical field.
- Strong programming fundamentals and a genuine passion for building AI-powered solutions.
- Hands-on experience or personal projects involving LLMs,



AI agents, or intelligent automation.
- Programming Languages: Python, TypeScript, or similar.
- AI Frameworks: LangChain or other AI orchestration frameworks.
- Artificial Intelligence: Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and familiarity with RAG (preferred).
- Databases: Redis, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and experience with Vector Databases is a plus.

- A proactive mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and experiment with emerging AI technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
