Urban West Ventures is a San Diego Bases privately held commercial real estate investment firm that acquires and repositions properties. Our portfolio includes multi-tenant industrial, retail, and office assets. We're looking for a Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to keep our portfolio full by managing the lease renewal process, marketing vacant spaces, converting prospects into signed leases, and keeping our social media presence active and on-brand.

This role reports to our Director of Property Management and is central to how tenants and prospects experience our company.

Part-time (20 hours/week), long-term contract role, with availability significantly overlapping U.S. Pacific business hours. Rate: $10–$15/hr depending on experience.

This position is remote in Mexico.

- Manage the lease renewal pipeline — oversee outreach to tenants as soon as a lease is flagged as approaching expiration, and track a renewal-or-move-out decision for every lease so nothing lapses without an active conversation

- Produce marketing brochures/flyers for vacant or vacating space, ready before the move-out notice date — professional, on-brand, and accurate

- Coordinate with property management and construction on lease timing

- Assist with determining current market rents by performing market surveys regularly

- Respond to inquiries promptly and schedule property tours





- Manage the tenant application process — collect and review applications for completeness, track screening and documentation through to a decision

- Oversee company social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) with regular, professional, on-brand posts

- Deliver a weekly report covering the sales funnel (leads, tours, applications, conversions) and renewal pipeline status

- Keep leasing records, renewal notes, and prospect activity accurately logged and easy for ownership to review at any time in Rent Manager, our property management platform

- Proactive tenant/prospect communication skills

- Marketing and collateral design experience — you can put together a clean, professional flyer or brochure, not just fill in a template

- Strong organizational habits and CRM discipline — nothing falls through the cracks

- Reliability under deadline — renewal windows and move-out dates don't move

- Excellent written and spoken English (this role is tenant- and prospect-facing)

- Experience with Rent Manager is a plus, though not required

- Experience with CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, Facebook Marketplace, and similar commercial listing platforms is a huge plus
