We’re Hiring: Customs & Trade Compliance Intern

Location: Mexico City

Area: Logistics / Customs / International Trade

Main Responsibilities:

- Review customs documentation, including Pedimentos and commercial invoices.
- Support the preparation of Manifestación de Valor.
- Download and organize POs through the ERP system.
- Support Carta Porte generation and validation.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and customs clearance status.
- Maintain and organize customs and foreign trade documentation.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Customs Administration, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Mexican Customs Law and Incoterms.
- Good Excel skills.
- Intermediate English preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
